well... here is another post from one of my favorite websites! Its for a puff pastry with poached pears but you really can put anything on these miniature pastry puffs! -- They are great finger food as appetizers or even as a secondary dish to your main one... go ahead  and have fun with it... try whatever you like.. if you do let me know of your creations... i did this pear fruit pastry puff but i made it into a dessert by adding some drizzled chocolate on top and also stuffing the pear with homemade whip cream... they were surprising and delicious...
